We designed our Group Coaching Series offerings to meet participants where they currently are and move them toward where they want to be. The difference between group coaching and group training is considerable.
At Catalyst, we create a safe environment where all participants are encouraged to share openly and honestly to grow individually and together. In other words: what happens here, stays here.

Presented in a three-part series, it starts with “Thinking Strategically at a Higher Level” and ends with “I Now Present My Very Best Self.”

Elite Supervisor Manager Series 1.0 – 3.0
Elite Supervisor Manager Development Series 1.0 – 2.0, with a Special Invite 3.0 occasionally offered
We took feedback from owners and executives, then assembled an advisory board to identify the gaps between these tiers to create this series. Often, managers are promoted because they
do the task very well. However, they lack the leadership skills to be successful in their new role. This series supports and elevates these individuals with accountability and develops better outcomes. Study topics range from “Self-Awareness” to “Daily Communication Skills That Matter Most” and “Delegation Principles for Optimal Results.”

GroundForce is designed specifically for construction, manufacturing, and service industry doers. This series is a direct with minimal fluff for your boots on the ground. Course Considerations
- Seats fill quickly so register today for your seating requirements.
- Full payment is necessary prior to start of the series.
- Online options are facilitated via Zoom and utilize all available security options.
Refund Policy
Once the event is booked it is understood all parties have committed to the program. Should uncontrolled circumstances dictate cancellation or adjustment of the event, CLD will evaluate and make responsible adjustments. Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. A major disaster or significant illness is considered a legitimate reason for cancellation and will require additional review.
Use of Coaching Tools
- The tools and materials that will be provided to you are confidential and proprietary for your use only. Accordingly, you agree to hold the tools and materials in confidence and trust. Tools are not to be duplicated or loaned to others for any reason.
- You will be notified by email as to any schedule adjustments or changes.
- Please, no audio or video recording. Screenshots are permitted.
- You will receive a frameable Graduation Certificate with your printed name upon successful completion of each series. Your full engagement is required for certification.
