Your emerging leaders are your organization’s future and require your intentional investment. We recognize that coaching each emerging leader is based on their experience, behavior style, expectations of the program, needs and wants, and organizational expectations, which involve complex dynamics. Our approach is more of a topic and structure programming approach with specific reading, TEDx events, and work-along sessions with action steps.
With a structured quarterly feedback loop with top leadership, your Emerging Leaders will share what they have learned and build confidence in their new role. More importantly, they may also share how they intend to implement changes for improved organizational results and validation of coaching their investment.
Duration and Meeting Expectations/Deliverables
Based on our work with countless emerging leaders in varied industries, we suggest your Emerging Leader meet twice a month for twelve months and then coach them once a month for six months. Our coaches implement a mix of structured topics and meeting styles to deliver Catalyst Leadership Dynamics-curated content properly. We believe our content, time frame, and delivery provide sufficient time to provide excellent value to your organization and your Emerging Leader. Note: Durations often vary by candidate. The ability to pivot and be flexible is key, and Catalyst Leadership Dynamics coaches are experts in identifying these dynamics for optimization.
We will likely improvise this cadence and methodology based on our developed experience together and the needs of each unique client. This structure will allow us a starting point with a defined optimal outcome. We have learned that too much too fast can be devastating, and too slow gets boring, lacking value. Based on our best judgment, we will move faster or slower, including more or less tools as required for each individual.

In-person at the Catalyst Leadership Dynamics Training Facility and online participation are offered for convenience.
Tools & Materials:
Assessments, Diagnostics, Meeting Tools, Client Support Materials, Situational Support Tools. The tools and materials that will be provided to you are confidential and proprietary for your use only. Accordingly, you agree to hold the tools and materials in confidence and in trust. Tools are not to be duplicated or loaned to others for any reason.
Methodology:
We will meet for 1.0 hrs. via technology or in person as applicable. This may include Zoom (or equivalent), phone or in person. Detailed notes to be supplied within 48 hrs. of meeting time with meeting highlights and Action Steps for your success. Depending on the meeting structure, Action Steps may vary in quantity each session.

Foundational Principles
Coaching VS. Therapy or Consulting: Coaching is about the present and future. Therapy is about today and the past to understand and resolve issues and relationships. Consulting focuses on specific deliverables. Coaching is about strengthening competencies for managing personal/professional performance, better executive health and improving bottom line business results.

Who Should Participate
You did it! You got the job, the title, the team and all the responsibility. You may be a little overwhelmed on HOW do to “this” and that is reasonable, it’s new. Even those with an MBA were likely not trained in all the nuances of effective leadership and team management. That is exactly where this coaching comes in. We will teach you how to structure and lead your team to both your and your company’s goals. Fee structure will be assessed on an individual basis.

The Three-Role Approach
1.) Coach by actively and carefully listening to understand.
2.) Coach by asking open-ended questions.
3.) Coach by making observations and challenging you based on what YOU have identified as important.

To be clear, this engagement is NOT about peak experiences or quick fixes. This IS primarily a one-on-one engagement and requires relatively long-term commitment from both of us for best results.
