Series Breakdown By Course

Unit 1.1: Understanding Sales Behavior – DiSC

You will then learn why and how your prospect does what they do with predictability. You will gain an advantage, almost a secret weapon in helping your customers and closing sales, creating win/win results. Understanding what drives your prospect to take action will provide you with the right actions, making sales an accurate secret weapon!

Personal Effectiveness and Sales Behaviors create your first impression. You will learn to identify at first glance the behaviors of your prospects. Dial in on your prospect’s decision-making and behavioral modality and how these indicators affect their motivation to purchase. Can you predict the sale? What if you could? In this unit, you will learn how and why you do what you do.

Unit 1.2: Preparation – Sales Scripts and Systems

You will learn you cannot fly by the seat of your pants and earn predictable sales results. What is your strategy in the sales process? Do you have one? Are you disciplined in your actions? How do you engage your tactics? Most wing it and do not follow a proven system.

 

They wonder why they spin their wheels. But, Jeff…”You don’t understand, in my industry…bla, bla, bla!” In Sales, you get what you earn. You cannot fly by the seat of your pants and earn predictable results.

 

Statistics are statistics, and data is data; in sales, you must use what works best to close more deals and perfect them. The science of the sale is based on good data, and the art is how you add your ‘Ness” to the process or system. Systems drive 80% of what we do in sales; we manage 20% of variables. Are you? Or Are you winging it?

Unit 1.3: Conversion – Prospects into Paying Customers

You will learn true sales force multipliers to support current customers and gain new customers who become raving fans! Trust, reliability, consistency, and dependability are behaviors you must represent when working with prospects in the sales environment. The kicker is that the entire organization must also deliver on these words.

It has been proven repeatedly that sales to existing customers or referrals from existing customers make for better and easier sales. How do you intentionally convert prospects into raving, paying customers? How do you encourage them to help you close more deals?

 

Your best sales team member is a satisfied customer. Do you intentionally ally with your previous customers to support prospects in making a better decision to go with you? How do you amplify the work you have already done well to close your current prospects?

Unit 1.4: Scale – Rinse, Repeat, and Scale for Success!

You will learn how to refine the targeting of ideal customers and pivot your process situationally for success. A one-size does not fit all while staying within your systems. You will refine your sales process using metrics you decide are important to amplify your sales performance.

The only way to effectively scale sales efforts is to implement the systems and tools at your disposal fully. Your CRM is your tool for communications, interactions, value addition, and relationship building at scale. How are you using it currently?

You will amplify what works for you, your organization, your industry, and most importantly, your customers. What works well for others might not work for you. Dial it in and scale what works for sales success.

Duration: 4 Months, 4 Meetings. See exact dates.
Time: 2.0 hrs. per meeting. Orientation Meeting 2hrs. online before series start.
Materials: Binder and Detailed Materials, Power Point per session, access to Coach during series, Case Studies, Book Summaries.
Notes: Designed as a Cohort Group Series. This series is offered in person and on-line for convenience. Limited to 14 Participants in person formation for maximum value. All participants begin at 1.0 as programming is cumulative by design.

Refund Policy

Once the event is booked, it is understood that all parties have committed to the program. Should uncontrollable circumstances dictate cancellation or adjustment of the event, Catalyst Leadership Dynamics will evaluate and make responsible adjustments. Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. Major disasters or significant illnesses are considered legitimate reasons for cancellation and will require additional review.

  • The tools and materials that will be provided to you are confidential and proprietary for your use only. Accordingly, you agree to hold the tools and materials in confidence and in trust. Tools are not to be duplicated or loaned to others for any reason.
