1.1 Thinking Strategically and Business Systems for Better Results
Learning Objective:
Thinking strategically is critical for success at any level. Yet many entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, and leaders have not mastered this skill set. To elevate from the day-to-day and understand the accurate big picture, the needs of today and tomorrow are highly valued. You will expand your abilities, develop new strategic skills, and systemize them for scale and profitability.
1.2 Positive Psychology, YOU, and Business
Learning Objective:
Attitude and mindset have high value in the business environment and daily life. We will investigate and better understand how a positive mindset can help you and your organization achieve the best results and add value to your organizational culture.
1.3 The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team and Yes, YOU
Learning Objective:
To become aware of the major detractors of team building and how they can harm team culture. Learn awareness techniques and what you can do about the problem as a leader.

Learning Objective:

Learning Objective:
How do you effectively communicate? Do you consistently provide clear and actionable expectations and deliverables? Communication is job number one for owners and executives. You will enhance your communication skills across the board in this unit. Communication significantly impacts all we do, both professionally and personally. Fear of Conflict is the cause of more conflict and becomes a terrible cycle. You will develop conflict management skills that will take you to the next level. By allowing F E A R of conflict to creep into your organization, you disrespect those who have earned your respect.
1.6 DISC and Self-Awareness Details that Matter
Learning Objective:
To better understand our Unique Behavior and how our behavior directly affects our results. You will learn to identify other behavioral modalities and work together more effectively. Further, you will communicate and engage others for the best performance and results.
1.7 Get Traction, Use Your 90-day Action Plan with Discipline
Learning Objective:
Do you continue to get lost in the weeds and lack focus on what matters most to you? Do you allow distraction to get in your way by lacking priority and a plan? Gaining Traction is not always as easy as it sounds. Traction is the name of the game. I believe in sound strategy and tactics, but you cannot attain results without managed, effective Traction. To gain Traction, one must be held accountable to stated goals, a good plan, and the ability to measure success. You will become aware and equipped with the appropriate tools to succeed.
1.8 Executing for Results
Learning Objective:
Are you sometimes missing your desired results? Is your execution missing the mark? To better understand, “what you want” is the name of the game. Your actual goals and Results sound simple. Understanding the capacity of the team, company, systems, client demands, sustainability, and more is difficult to assemble for maximum results. Effective execution is much more complicated. Add to this desired profitability…no wonder few master these critical functions.
Further, in the execution process, the right people doing the right things in the right order to get the best results is the secret sauce. This is the force multiplier. This is a big unit, for sure; buckle up!

Course Considerations
- Seats fill quickly, so register today for your seating requirements.

Refund Policy
Once the event is booked it is understood all parties have committed to the program. Should uncontrollable circumstances dictate cancellation or adjustment of the event, Catalyst Leadership Dynamics will evaluate and make responsible adjustments. Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. A major disaster or significant illness is considered a legitimate reason for cancellation and will require additional review.
